About the Role
An RBT is a Registered Behavior Technician. They work directly under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide services to children on the Autism Spectrum.
At Expressions, we play, teach and implement behavioral therapy in one-to-one sessions with our clients who are on the Autism Spectrum.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Undergo and pass a state and federal background checks
Complete 40 hours of qualified training, provided
BLS CPR/First Aid, provided
Must have a strong work ethic, be patient and have excellent communication skills
Available 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
About the Company
Fully Paid Training
When onboarded, you will be provided with materials to complete the 40-hour RBT training. The training is provided free of charge, and you are paid for these hours after 90 days of employment.
Supervision
Our BCBA provides weekly supervision to continue open-communication and provide continual feedback.
