**Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism through play-based, one-on-one therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. Mandatory Training & Compliance Requirements
All employees must complete and maintain required trainings—including the 40-hour RBT course, BLS CPR/First Aid certification, and ongoing supervision—in accordance with state regulations, BACB standards, and company policies.
