Erica

Erica serves as the Administrative Assistant Billing Specialist at Expressions, where she supports the daily operations and serves as liaison for insurance billing and prior authorizations.  

Before joining the team, Erica spent 12 years working in the optometry and ophthalmology field, where she gained extensive experience in both patient care and administrative operations. She began her career as an optician before transitioning into billing and insurance pre-authorizations. She later became an ophthalmic technician, where her passion grew for working directly with patients and supporting physicians in providing quality eye care.

 

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband, Jesus, and their two sons, Maximilian and Milo. She also loves going for walks, reading, shopping, and making memories with friends and family.
