Emma, Lead RBT

 

Emma is a devoted Lead RBT at Expressions Behavioral Healthcare. Her love of working with kids started when she was a teacher at a dance studio at 16 years old, building strength and teamwork skills for kids of all ages. Emma also practiced her leadership skills in organizations that include YoungLife, Girl Scouts, and Student Leadership Team. 

 

After high school, Emma attended Pittsburg State University and got her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Developmental Disabilities. Since earning her degree, she has worked as a detention officer at a juvenile detention center and as a supervisor for family services. Through all her experiences, the safety and well-being of children have always been top priority. 

 

At the beginning of 2025, Emma found her passion for ABA at Expressions, becoming an RBT. Expressions Behavioral Healthcare has given Emma the support and purpose to be the best version of herself and give her all to each client.

 

Outside of work, Emma loves to be outside in nature, listening to music, or creating art. She is a proud cat mom and loves animals (and bugs) of all kinds! Emma values quality of life and growing as an individual every day.
