 Andrea, Lead RBT

Andrea is Stephanie’s dedicated Lead RBT with a lifelong passion for supporting children with special needs. She has worked extensively with children with autism and other developmental disorders, providing compassionate, individualized care designed to foster communication, social skills, and independence. With a solid foundation in ABA, Andrea is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of the children she works with.

Growing up with a strong connection to Deaf culture, Andrea has always been immersed in American Sign Language (ASL) and its rich linguistic and cultural traditions. This background has profoundly shaped her approach to working with children, especially those who are Deaf, non-verbal, or minimally verbal. Andrea believes that effective communication is a fundamental human right and is passionate about empowering children with the skills they need to express themselves, whether through ASL, speech, or other augmentative communication methods.

With a collaborative, empathetic approach, Andrea strives to create an inclusive, supportive environment that honors the unique needs and potential of each child. By integrating ASL and Deaf culture into therapy sessions, she works to promote communication, understanding, and empowerment, helping children achieve their fullest potential.
