Andrew, Lead RBT

 

Andrew is one of Bethanie's committed Lead Registered Behavior Technicians at Expressions. He is married to a loving wife and a proud father to a son who is the light of his life, an experience that strongly shapes the compassionate and patient approach he brings to his work with children.

Andrew is currently working toward his bachelor’s degree in psychology with a specialization in ABA, and is actively accruing fieldwork hours toward his BCaBA certification. His professional background includes experience as a Youth Behavioral Health Specialist, followed by roles as an RBT and Lead RBT at a previous clinic. He later joined Expressions as an RBT and has since advanced into his current role as Lead RBT.

He lives by the philosophy of “regulation before expectation,” believing children learn best when they feel happy, relaxed, and engaged. Andrew follows a compassionate, neuroaffirming approach and is deeply committed to honoring each child’s unique individuality while providing high-quality ABA services with strong treatment integrity.

Andrew joined Expressions because he connected with the motto of “Learning to express needs, thoughts, and feelings through practice and play.” He now deeply values the team, culture, and clients he serves, dedicating himself to helping create a safe environment where autistic children can grow and thrive.
